HC Deb 06 July 1932 vol 268 c450W
Mr. GROVES

asked the Minister of Pensions the present position of J. Alexander, of 23, Hotham Street, Stratford, BA 4,841, so far as his degree of disability is concerned; what was the date of his last medical examination; and whether any fresh instructions have been issued to increase the amount of the pension?

Major TRYON

Before a decision can be reached on this case, in which a final award is involved, fuller evidence has had to be obtained and a further examination of Mr. Alexander may be necessary. The case will, I understand, now be settled at an early date, and I will communicate the decision to the hon. Member as soon as I am in a position to do so.
