§ Sir W. SUGDENasked the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the present inconvenience to business and the citizens generally of West Leyton, he will consider the appeals from all classes for the establishment of a post office in as central a position as possible?
§ Sir K. WOODThe question of establishing a branch post office in West Leyton has already been under consideration, but in view of the present financial stringency I regret that I do not see my way to authorise the expenditure involved. The matter will be reviewed when the circumstances are more favourable.
