§ Mr. McCORQUODALEasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that under the Abnormal Imports Duty sensitised photographic 224W cardboard, the raw material of the real photographic printer, has to bear an import duty of 50 per cent., while the finished printed product will under the Import Duties Bill only hear a 10 per cent. duty; and if he will inquire into this matter with a view to equalising the rates of duty?
