Sir H. YOUNGI regret that this information is not available. The number of structurally separate dwellings occupied by two or more private families apiece and enumerated in the Census of 1931 including maisonnettes and flats formed by the structural partition of the houses was 293,303. I should add that "a separate private family" for the purpose of the Census may consist of one person.
