§ Sir S. HOAREThe Government of India are now promoting a Bill to facilitate the establishment and to provide for the administration and discipline of the new Indian Air Force. As regards other measures, six Indian cadets are now under training at Cranwell with a view to qualifying for commissions in that Force, and further vacancies are being offered. Steps are being taken in India to provide and train the subordinate personnel.
