§ Mr. GREENWOODThe information asked for in the first part of the question was given to my hon. Friend in reply to his question of the 4th February last. As regards the second part of the question, in addition to the death mentioned in the reply to the question of the 4th February, there has been notified to my Department the death of a child under 585W two years of age within six weeks of vaccination, which I am advised should be considered as due to causes associated with vaccination.
