§ Dr. SHIELSAs I informed the House on 6th July, in reply to a question by any hon. Friend the Member for Don Valley (Mr. T. Williams), the Royal Commission which recently visited Malta has not yet presented its report. Until the report has been received and considered, I do not think that I could usefully make any statement on the points raised in this question.
