Mr. A. HENDERSONNo such appointment has been made or is contemplated. The reasons against making such an appointment were set out in my reply to a question by the hon. Member for West Belfast (Mr. Allen) on 11th November, 1929, of which I am sending my hon. Friend a copy. These reasons are equally applicable to the present situation.
