Major WOODasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the present position of the proposal to acquire the Cairngorms as a national park for Scotland?
Mr. W. ADAMSONI understand that evidence relating to this proposal has been received by the National Park Committee, and that the Committee hope to be in a position to report at an early date. In the meantime I am unable to anticipate the terms of their recommendation.
