- Number of public call offices, 3,995.
- Number of inhabitants per instrument, 8.8.
The preparation of separate information in respect of each of the metropolitan boroughs would involve a considerable amount of labour, as the figures are not readily available. If the hon. and gallant Member specially desires the figures for any particular borough, I will obtain them.
