§ Mr. LEES-SMITHIt is the policy of my Department to give preference to ex-service men, where practicable, for employment during the seasonal pressure at Christmas and the New Year. I have no information as to the course followed at the particular office referred to by the hon. Member, but I am having inquiries made in the matter.
