§ Mr. COOPERThe standard rates of officers' pensions were reduced by 8 per cent. as from 1st July last in respect of the fall in the cost of living. An additional 3 per cent. deduction was made as from 1st October. As regards the reductions in the reserve pay of Army reservists, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave him on 17th November.
