§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMThis case has been fully investigated. The degree of disablement resulting from war service has been fixed by final awards made under the War Pensions Act, 1921, which constitute a statutory settlement of the case. A recent investigation has revealed no ground on which special action by the Ministry would be justified.
