HC Deb 03 December 1931 vol 260 cc1270-1W
Lieut.-Colonel MOORE

asked the Financial Secretary to the War Office what is the present estimated additional annual cost of implementing the pension claim put forward by the organisation of Army-pensioned ranker officers; and whether it is the intention of the Government to reconsider this claim?

Mr. COOPER

I am not in a position to give the information asked for in the first part of the question, and, as it is not proposed to reconsider the claims of these officers, I should not feel justified in obtaining a figure, in view of the large amount of labour involved.
