§ Mr. SHINWELLI understand that detailed regulations on the subject have now been issued by the Persian Government, and I am hoping to receive the text shortly, when particulars will be published in the Board of Trade Journal. As regards the second part of the question, His Majesty's representative at Tehran has requested the Persian Government to allow the importation without restriction of goods shipped to Persia before 1st March.
