§ Mr. MONTAGUEEight municipal authorities—Blackpool, Bristol, Hull, Ipswich, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham and Plymouth have provided aerodromes; work is not yet complete in the cases of Blackpool, Hull, Liverpool and Plymouth. Sites for aerodromes have been purchased by Carlisle, Leicester, Sheffield and Stoke-on-Trent and 20 other authorities are now negotiating for sites. Twelve other authorities—Abergavenny, Basingstoke, Blyth, Chorley, Little hampton, Lytham St. Annes, Poole, Rotherham, Skegness, Southwold, Winchester and York—have reserved sites in their town planning schemes.
