§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMasked the President of the Board of Trade whether it will be one of the functions of the Chief Industrial Adviser to His Majesty's Government to study and suggest a remedy for the foreign competition to British industries caused by the dumping in this country of foreign manufactured goods at uneconomic prices or at prices below the level at which such goods can be produced in this country as a result of the higher wages paid to British workers?
