§ Mr. AMMONAs regards the suggested appointment of curators, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply Which I gave him on 19th February [OFFICIAL REPORT, columns 1405–6]. The same considerations apply to the suggestion that periodical inspections should be made by experts.
