§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to Command Paper 3680 (of which I am sending him a copy) which shows the alterations in the numbers of civil staffs employed in Government Departments since 1st July, 1929. Details are not yet available as regards the difference in annual charge which these alterations involve.
