§ Mr. TURNERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any proposals for securing the general observance of the recent declaration of the Preparatory Commission on Disarmament of the League of Nations regarding the use of poisonous gases in war have been addressed to His Majesty's Government by the Governments of other States; and, if so, what form these proposals have taken and what has been the attitude of the Government in regard to them?
