Mr. A. HENDERSONThe following countries are bound by minority treaties: Czechoslovakia, Greece, Poland, Rumania and Yugoslavia. The treaties of peace with Austria, Hungary and Bulgaria contain stipulations, binding on these countries, similar to those of the minority treaties.
