§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe discussions which have been proceeding with the local authorities with a view to improving the traffic conditions at Camomile Bottom, Blackheath, have resulted in an agreement being reached as to the works to be undertaken. A detailed estimate in respect of the agreed scheme has just been received, and is now being examined.
