§ Mr. BENNA proposal to appoint Indian trade commissioners at Durban, Mombasa, Alexandria, Hamburg, Milan and New York has been sanctioned, and the Governments of the countries concerned are being asked to give the necessary facilities. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
