asked the Secretary for Mines if he will state the number of mines where flooding or inrush of water has occurred, the districts, and loss of life from 1900 to 1929?

Following is a statement of fatal accidents from inrush of water (including inrushes of surface water, moss, and other liquid matter) at mines under the Coal Mines Act.
