§ Mr. BENNI am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the report of a debate on this subject in the Indian Legislative Assembly on the 28th January last, in which the present position is explained. It will be seen that the Government of India propose to review the situation and send me their considered views, which I am expecting shortly.
