§ Mr. FREEMANasked the Secretary of State for India whether his attention has been called to the recent strictures by Mr. Justice Sulaiman in the Allahabad High Court on the conduct of a civilian magistrate who, in his explanation of a mistake, stated that there was no copy of the Criminal Procedure Code in his court; and whether he will consider the advisability of instructing the Government of India to supply a copy of the code to civilian magistrates?
