§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEThe Inter-Allied Commission for the Assessment of Damage suffered in Turkey has completed the work of assessing the claims. Approximately 95 per cent, of the amount available for the payment of awards has already been paid to the claimants, and the balance is being distributed as quickly as possible.
