Friend is that contained in the copies of the certificates of registration issued by the local authorities which are sent to him in pursuance of the Act. These show that the total number of trainers registered since the passing of the Act is 205, of whom 123 are British and 80 foreign, but there is no means of knowing how many of these are domiciled in the country or engaged in training at present.
