§ Mr. MANDER
asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air whether Article 3 of the annex to the Irish Treaty of 1921, by the terms of which a convention was to be made between the British and the 2134W Irish Free State Governments for the regulation of civil connection by air, has been carried into effect; and, if not, what the present position is?
§ Mr. MONTAGUE
No convention under the Article to which the hon. Member refers has yet been made, but no difficulties have in practice arisen in this country through its absence.
