§ Mr. BENNSo far as my information goes, there has been no material change in the situation since I replied to my hon. Friend on the 24th February. I have asked for a statement of the wages of the various classes of workers, but it has not yet reached me. I am sending my hon. Friend a communique issued by the Government of India regarding this strike and a memorandum containing information regarding hours of work on Indian railways.
