§ Mr. MONTAGUENo scheme of reconstruction at Milton is at present contemplated. The buildings are of Wartime construction, but I am advised that, while not entirely satisfactory, the accommodation at the station is reasonably, good. In any case reconstruction must wait until financial considerations allow and more pressing needs have been satisfied.
