§ Mr. MANDERasked the Home Secretary if it is his intention to press on the Council of the League of Nations that the black list of individuals and firms known to be amongst the chief offenders in the illicit drug trade and mentioned in the draft Report to the Council of the Opium Advisory Committee shall be made public?
§ Mr. CLYNESThe report of the Committee will, no doubt, in accordance with the usual practice, be published and the names of the firms and persons referred to will be made public in that way.
