§ Mr. LAWSONNine countries have ratified the Convention, namely, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Czechoslovakia, Greece, India, Luxemburg, Portugal and Rumania. Five countries, Austria, France, Italy, Latvia and Spain, have also registered ratifications, but their ratifications will not come into force until certain other countries have ratified.
