Regulations affecting the- composition of bread are in operation in this country and in a number of others, including New Zealand, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, and the United States of America. The nature of the requirements varies considerably, and my right hon. Friend will send the hon. and gallant Member a statement of the information in his possession.
