asked the Minister of Agriculture if his attention has been called to the contemplated large supply of bacon from Denmark; and if he can give any statistics of the imports in each of the last six months?

My attention has been drawn by a report of the Pig Industry Council to the probability of increased supplies of Danish bacon in the immediate future. The imports of Danish bacon into the United Kingdom during the last six months were as follow:

Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
