§ Major COLVILLEasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has received representations from the Scottish National Council of Juvenile Organisations urging the Government to inquire into the question of film censorships; and, if so, what answer has been returned?
Mr. W. ADAMSONI recently received from the Scottish National Council of Juvenile Organisations a representation recommending the appointment of a Departmental Committee to consider (among other matters) the question of film censorship in its relation to children and young people under 18 years of age. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of the reply which was sent to the Secretary of the Council.
