§ Mr. GREENWOODSo far as the Ministry of Health is concerned, the answer to the first question is in the negative. Reports on the working of the Education Acts with respect to canalboat children are, as the Noble Lady will be aware, made not to me but to my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Education.
