§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONAs I have already informed the House, Sir William McLintock has been appointed to advise the Government on the financial aspects of this matter, upon which he is actively engaged. The hon. Member will recall that in announcing the policy of the Government I said that no further statement was to be expected for some time—and that time has not yet arrived.
