Mr. THOMASOf the three schemes referred to, estimated to cost £6,319, one to cost £2,500 has been approved for grant by the Unemployment Grants Committee; the other two, in the opinion of the committee, do not satisfy the conditions for grant in that they are not accelerated by a period of at least three years.
