§ Mr. GREENWOODDraft Regulations with respect to the issue of certificates2284W for national health insurance purposes by medical practitioners, and with respect to the definition of drugs for the purposes of medical benefit, are in preparation. I cannot yet say when these Regulations will be laid before Parliament under Section 93 of tie National Health Insurance Act, 1924; but before this is done, 40 days' notice will have to be given under the Rules Publication Act, 1893, of the proposal to make the Regulations and of the place where copies of the draft of them may be obtained.
