§ Mr. GILLETTI regret that I have not been able to identify the League of Nations Report referred to in the first part of the question. With regard to the second part, as my right hon. Friend1200W explained to the hon. Member in answer to a question on 28th January, there are treaty obligations which make it impossible for His Majesty's Government to impose countervailing duties on the goods of a large number of important countries.
