§ Mr. AMMONOnly one considerable contract has been placed with foreign firms within the last six months, namely, for timber which is not obtainable in this country. On the general question, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave him on 24th July, 1929 [OFFICIAL REPORT, col. 1277].
