§ Mr. SHAWIt was decided at the time when the sentence of death was commuted to penal servitude for life, that the case should come forward for review in 1935. I have gone carefully into the case, but I do not feel that there are any grounds for altering that decision, nor can I anticipate what the result of the review will be.
