§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEThe Committee referred to is a body on which His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom is not exclusively represented, and my hon. Friend would doubtless agree that in such circumstances publication of the proceedings of the Committee in the form now suggested would be inappropriate.
