§ Mr. MANDERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Government are prepared to advise the principal cocoa firms who still refrain from knowingly purchasing cocoa of Portuguese origin that the present conditions under which native labour is engaged for and employed in the islands of San Thomé and Principé are such as justify the purchase of cocoa?
