Mr. A. HENDERSONNo provisions of this nature are necessary, since, as stated on Thursday last by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Soviet trading organisations of the type referred to have been, and will be, treated as within the scope of the Income Tax Acts.
