HENDERSONI am placing in the Library of this House a copy of a publication issued by the International Labour Office, entitled "Forced Labour: Report and Draft Questionnaire; Item 3 on the Agenda of the 12th session of the International Labour Conference, 1929," which contains a comprehensive review of the position. As regards slavery, I fear that no similar official publication exists.
