§ Mr. LAWSONThere are two junior instruction centres at Newcastle-on-Tyne, one for boys and one for girls, open to all unemployed juveniles between the ages of 14 and 18. My right hon. Friend is in negotiation with the local education authority on the question of the development and improvement of these centres.
