§ Dr. ADDISONThe Ministry has no power to initiate any steps for the preservation of the Malvern Hills. Under the Malvern Hills Acts, 1884 to 1924, the Ministry may, on the application of the Conservators of the Hills, make an Order prohibiting quarrying upon any part of the hills specified in the Order, but it has not received any such application.
