HC Deb 06 November 1929 vol 231 cc1075-6W
Mr. SCOTT

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he has now reviewed the practice of the Department of Agriculture for Scotland with regard to loans to landholders, who have removed, being continued to incoming landholders; and whether he has now instructed the Department of Agriculture to continue such loans so far as not repaid to incoming landowners and to reverse their practice of letting such holdings on their own estates at equipped rents?

Mr. ADAMSON

I would refer the hon. Member to my reply yesterday to the similar question by the right hon. Member for Boss and Cromarty (Mr. Macpherson).
